CANCELLING/CHANGING OF ORDERS


To cancel or change your order, please send an email to bonnyfurniture@gmail.com or you may contact us by sending a inquiry via our contact forms on our site three (3) days prior to the delivery date.  Any changes made may affect the estimated amount and delivery date for the order.

“NO CANCELLATIONS, NO CHANGES, NO RETURNS and NO REFUNDS for “SPECIAL ORDERS” like: “CUSTOM MADE/ORDER”,  “BY ORDER”,  “SPECIAL ORDER”, “QUANTITY or VOLUME ORDER”, “ASSEMBLED ON CUSTOMER’S PREMISE and/or REQUEST”, IN WHOLE OR IN PART.”

 

Please make your choice, order and request very carefully and cautiously.  It is impossible for us to re-sell and/or store rejected or cancelled “custom made/order”, “by oder”, “special order”, quantity or volume orders, and item(s) that is/are assembled in the customer’s premise.  Hence, our policy is that these “special orders” CAN NOT BE CHANGED OR CANCELED IN WHOLE OR IN PART ONCE AUTHORIZED or ORDERED.  There is NO REFUND on a these “orders.” 

 

What is a considered custom made/custom order?

A Product that made-to-order that requires changing its regular or original form (either in size, measurement, shape, color, texture and or material used).

 

What is considered a “by order” and “special order”?

By order and Special order—a product that is:

a) not part of the “regular” product or inventory of the site and/or

b) needs time to produce or make

Specific product example: All locally manufactured sala sets.

 

What is considered a bulk or volume order?

A product that is either part of the “regular product” or “by-order/special order” wherein the quantity ordered per item reaches 3pcs or more. 

 

Why can’t assembled items in the customer’s premise be cancelled or changed?

Once the item(s) is/are assembled and fixed in the customer’s premise, there will be times that disassembling the product would be impossible and might cause a defect or inconsistency with the quality and durability of the product.
