WHEN IS MY ORDER PROCESSED?

We usually processed your orders Mondays to Fridays.  Orders received on weekends (Saturdays and Sundays) and on Public Holidays will be processed on the next business day.

• Orders through online ORDER FORM and EMAIL – provided that correct email address was received, we will email the customer a sales order details.
• Orders by fax – provided that correct fax number/email was received, we will fax/email the customer a sales order details.

 

Once the customer received the sales order information, the customer will need to pay the minimum amount of 30% – 50% deposit in order for us to reserve and process the items.

Payment for the pending orders should be made within 3 business days upon the receipt of the sales order by fax or email.  Please note that if no payment received, Bonny Furniture may cancel the quoted items.

Upon the receipt of the downpayment, orders are scheduled for delivery 2-7 business days.
